At Shine Boss Company, each candle is hand-poured with care to ensure you receive a high-quality product every time.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade nature of our products.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shinebossco.com with your order number and photos of the item(s). We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a store credit when applicable.

Please note:

  • We do not refund shipping costs.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
